RESOLUTION NO. 864
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO
THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COM-WNITY CABLE.TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, the terms of Sharon Strong, 3ohn Mamaux, and Bob Cole expired on
3anuary 31, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve as members of
the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable
Television for terms expiring 3anuary 31, 1988:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
