RESOLUTION NO. 8465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1985-86 SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. U/M-12
Whereas, the specifications for the furnishings of all
labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other
expenses necessary and incidental for the 1985-86 Slurry Seal
Program, Contract No. U/M-12, have been prepared and are on
file in the Utilities & Maintenance Department of the City of
Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law,
Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contract in
accordance with said specifications.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 1st day of *pril , 1986 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
