RESOLUTION NO. 8510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BID AND
ACCESS FLOORING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CARLSBAD SAFETY AND SERVICE CENTER.
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT 3006-7F
WHEREAS, negotiated bids have been received by the City of
Carlsbad for the construction of access flooring at the
Carlsbad Safety and Service Center; and
WHEREAS, the bid received is for a total of $14,693.00;
and
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager has recommended the
acceptance of the bid; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Account No. 320-820-
1810-3006;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the negotiated bid recommended by the Koll Co.
in the amount of $14,693.00 for the access flooring at the
Carlsbad Safety and Service Center Bid Package No. 7 contract
number 3006-7F is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute contracts thereafter.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 22nd day of April 9
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
