RESOLUTION NO. 8516
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF COPY MACHINES.
WHEREAS, the copy needs of city departments require the purchase of thee
additional. high volume copy machines;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows :
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the purchase of three high volume Xerox copy machines in an amoun'
not to exceed $170,000 is hereby approved.
3. That the City Council authorizes the funding of the purchase of the
thee Xerox copy machines by a fund transfer fran the General. Fund
unappropriated fwd balance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTFB at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 22nd day of April , 1986, by the following vote,
to wit:
