RESOLUTION NO. 8537
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PAINTING MISCELLANEOUS CITY FACILITIES - PROJECT NO. 3900-3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, has determined it is necessary and in the public
interest to paint the Fire Station #2 interior and certain areas
in the Library, City Hall and Swim Complex: and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of
311 labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and other
2xpenses necessary or incidental for said Project No. 3900-3
lave been prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department
3f the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Plans and specifications as presented are hereby
approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with
law, notice to Contractors inviting bids for the painting of the
City Hall and Council Chambers in accordance with the plans and
specifications hereinabove referred to.
