RESOLUTION NO. 8542
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE BID AND
METAL LOCKERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD SAFETY AND SERVICE CENTER.
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 3006-7K
WHEREAS, a bid has been received by the City of Carlsbad
for the construction of the Carlsbad Safety and Service Center
on Contract No. 3006-7K Metal Lockers; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received is for a total of $26,418.00;
and
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager has recommended the
acceptance of the bid; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Account No. 320-820-
1810-3006;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the bid as recommended by the Koll Co. in the
amount of $26,418.00 for the metal lockers at the Carlsbad
Safety and Service Center per Bid Package No. 7, Section 3006-7K
is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute a contract thereafter.
