RESOLUTION NO. 8547
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM
FOR STREETS AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The Koll Company has submitted a request for
quitclaim of an offer of dedication over a portion of Lots 1
and 2 of Minor Subdivision 404; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said
offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying an offer of
dedication over a portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Minor Subdivision
404, to Koll-Wells/El Camino Associates, which is on file withh
the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference; is
approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original
quitclaim Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
9 Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of May
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
