RESOLUTION NO. 8570
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN.COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Dr. 3ohn Mitchell has resigned as a member of the Senior Citizen
Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a member to fill the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad ,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Senior Citizen Cornmission for a term to expire on September 30, 1986:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetiq of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day of , 1986, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, and Pettine
