RESOLUTION NO. 8571
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City in desireous of obtaining the professional services of a
consultant for the purpose of recruiting for the position of City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows :
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the professional services agrement for this recruitment in an
amount not to exceed $13,500 is hereby approved.
3. That the City Council authorizes the fmding of the professional
services agrement by a fuld transfer fran the General Fund unappropriate fund
balance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
