HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-06-03; City Council; Resolution 85761 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 8576 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A STIPULATED FINDING AND AWARD AND SETTLEMENT FOR A WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM IN THE CASE OF KENNETH CARTER WHEREAS, the City Council has established and clearly defined its authority to settle workers' canpensation claims in excess of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000); and WHEREAS, the claim of KENNETH CARTER is $13,370; and WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes a settlement in that amount. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Carlsbad California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manqer to obtai a Stipulated Finding ad Award settlement in the workers' canpensation case of KENNETH CARTER in the amount stated.
