RESOLUTION NO. 8590
UTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CARLSBAD
CITY LIBRARY TO ADD AND INCREASE CERTAIN FEES AND INSTITUTE FINES
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Library deems it necessary
to charge a fee of $5.00 per slide for processing duplicate
slides for patrons; and
WHEREAS, The Carlsbad City Library deems it necessary
to increase interlibrary loan and reserve fees from 25C to
50C; and
WHEREAS, the Car1sba.d City Library deems it necessary
to institute a fine of 5$ per day on all overdue juvenile
materials:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad that the above schedule of fees and fines
be made effective July 1, 1986.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
3rd day of June , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
