RESOLUTION NO. 8595
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA? DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF OAK AVENUE BETWEEN CALRSBAD
BOULEVARD AND LINCOLN STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California? as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
declares its intention to proceed, under the provisions of the
Public Streets, Highways? and Service Easement Vacation Law of
1981, to vacate a portion of Oak Avenue between Carlsbad
Boulevard and Lincoln Street, located in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California? particularly
described on Exhibit 'lA", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council
Chambers at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M.
on July 15, 1986 for all persons interested in or objecting to
said proposed vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 10th day of June 9
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: "-E
