RESOLUTION NO. 8611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS TO ACCOMMODATE THE MOVING OF BUILDING,
DEVELOPMENT PROCESSING, ENGINEERING, AND PLANNING
FROM CITY HALL TO 2075 LAS PALMAS, CARLSBAD,
CALI FORN I A.
WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it to be beneficial for the
zommuni ty Development departments , including Building , Development Processing ,
kgineering,and Planning to move to 2075 Las Palmas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, City Manager, and staff have reviewed the
'urniture andlor equipment, plus the expense of the move, and find them in
wder; and
WHEREAS, funds can be reallocated from the current operating budgets,
)Ius the unallocated General Fund in the total amount of $178,025 to cover said
!xpend i tu res;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arkbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes the transfer of funds from current
lperating budgets, as submitted on the Fund Transfer (Exhibit A), totalling
;155,025 to Account NO. 001-840-2010-3900.
3. That the City Council authorizes the additional transfer of $23,000
?om the General Fund Contingency Account to cover other moving expenses
md contingency to Account No. 001-840-2010-2470.
