RESOLUTION NO. 8613 ,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSBAD,
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AN AD3USTMENT TO THE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, Council Policy Statement No. 36 specifies that general across the
board salary increases granted to the various bargainirg units shall be passed
through to the respective management employees;
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Fire Association will receive a 5% salary increase
effective July 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Employees Association will receive a 4% salary
increase effective 3uly 1 , 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true ad correct.
2. That the 5% salary increase granted CFA will be passed through to all
fire management employees effective July 1, 1986.
3. That the 4% salary increase granted CCEA will be passed-through to all
miscellaneous management employees effective 3uly 1, 1986.
4. That a 4% salary increase will be granted to the part-time employees.
5. That the Management Compensation Plan set forth in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part thereof, is adopted.
6. That the part-time hourly employee salary schedule set forth in Exhibit
6, attached hereto and made a part thereof, is adopted.
