RESOLUTION NO. 8632
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR PERMIT TO WORK IN
THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the Council may from time to time set the fees for permits
to work in the public right of way, and
WHEREAS, the fee for such permit should be set to cover the full
cost of providing said permit to the applicant, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has determined that a fee of $ 25.00 per
permit is sufficient to cover all costs associated with said permits,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, that the fee for permit to work in the public right
of way should be set at $25.00 per permit and that the effective date of
this resolution shall coincide with the effective date of Ordinance
No. 7070
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 24th day of
June , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
