RESOLmION NO. 8668
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD PERSONNEL BOARD
WHEREAS, David Bates has resigned as a member of the Personnel Board
effective July 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the tenn vacated does not expire unt11 June, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint a member to fill the unexpirecl tenn;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Personnel. Board, for a tenn to expire in June, 1989:
Jere Kimbrell
PASSED, APPROVED MD ADOPTED at a regular meetiq of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 8th day of July , 1986, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
