RESOLUTION NO. 8675
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NOS. 3210 AND 3211 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT INTERSECTIONS OF
JEFFERSON STREET AND LAS FLORES AND LAGUNA DRIVE
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
for the construction of traffic signals at Jefferson Street and
Las Flores and Laguna Drive, Contract Nos. 3210 and 3211; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for said contracts was
submitted by MCR Electrical Contractors, Inc., in the amount of
$100,769; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Account Nos. 300-
820-1840-3210 and 300-820-1840-3211 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $100,769 by MCR Electrical Contractors,
Inc. for Contract Nos. 3210 and 3211 for said signals is hereby
accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a contract thereafter.

the Carlsbad City Council held on the _1_1 15th day of July I
