RESOLUTION NO. 8682
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY VACATING
AN EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF HARWICH DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the above street right-of-way previously dedi-
cated and shown on attached Exhibits llA'l and llB1l, will provide
no useable access to the adjoining properties after the
realignment of Harwich Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: b
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said portion of the street has not been used for
the past five years.
3. That, pursuant to Section 8330a of Chapter 1050 of the
California Street and Highway's Code, said easement references
above, be summarily vacated.
4. The City Clerk is instructed to record this Resolution
of Vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 15th day of July 9
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
