RESOLUTION NO. 8686
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING A SEWER
EASEMENT TO LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ACROSS A PORTION OF STAGECOACH PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said
easements ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement for sewer
line purposes to Leucadia County Water District, which is on
file with the City Clerk and is incorporated
is approved.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk
execute the deed which will be returned to
District for recordation.
