A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTANCE AND REMOVAL (90S JUl 24 PH 2-' 1 g
BLOCKER STRIPS ON A PORTION OF OANNIS WAY.
WHEREAS, Map No. 5825 (Ocean View Estates) has reserved Lot A for future
access rights on a portion of Oannis Way ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to accept and remove said reservations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the irrevocable offers to dedicate Lot A of Map 5825 (Ocean View
Estates) exists as offered on the above mentioned map recorded on January 25,
1967.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to accept and remove the
irrevocable offer, which exists in the Office of the County Recorder, County
of San Diego, State of California as Map No. 5825.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 15th day of July , 1986 by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
