I - RESOLUTION NO. 8707
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AN EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, San Diego Gas & Electric Company has submitted 6 request for
jranting a public utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
.n the public interest to grant said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arkbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Easement conveying a public utility easement to San Diego
:as & Electric Company, which is on file with the City Clerk and is
incorporated by this reference, is approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Oarlsbad City
:ouncil held on the 22nd day of Julv , 1986 by the folloding vote, to
