RESOLUTION NO. 8708 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR PROJECT NO. 3172 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LIBRARY PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the construction of the library parking lot is
considered complete; and I
WHEREAS, a total of $109,342.00 is available for this
project in the General Capital Construct.ion Fund; and^ ,
WHEREAS, the final contract amount of $102,370.10 has
been paid to the contractor less ten percent (10%) retention;
and I
WHEREAS, additional funds in the amount of
are required for additional work and staff time assoc
