- RESOLUTION NO. 8710
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Enriquqe Abeledo has submitted a Grant Dee4

to the City of Carlsbad for public strieet purposes oved a portion of
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows: I
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. I
2. That the Grant Deed from Enrique Abeledo, dated puly 7, 1986,
conveying an easement for public street purposes over a por'tion of Adam
Street to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City' Clerk and is

berein by reference, is accepted.
the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed to be
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attachbd.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the parkbad City
Council held on the 22nd day of July , '1986 by the follobing vote, to -
