REOLUTION NO. 8712 __ I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM OF
I
RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER A PORTION OF EL CAMINO REAL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to quitclaim said right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a portion of right-of-way easements
over a portion of the westerly side of El Camino Real at its int4rsection with
Elm Avenue of Rising Glen, Carlsbad Tract No. 83-20, to Multitech Properties,
Inc., which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated by this
reference; is approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed and ?he City Clerk
is hereby authorized to cause the original Quitclaim Deed to Qe recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the 1Carlsbad City
