RESOLUTION NO. 873%
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
8695 AND 8696 RELATING TO A MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON NOVEMBER 4, 1986 BY
REVISING THE WORDING OF AN ORDINANCE TO BE SUBMITTED
TO THE ELECTORS OF =ID CITY AT SAID ELECTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
CARLSAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO.
California has by adoption of Resolution No. 8695 called a
municipal election to be held in said city on Tuesday, November
4, 1986 to submit an initiative ordinance relating to a
numerical limitation on residential development to the electors
of said city; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now decides to revise the
wording of said ord.inance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Section C of Resolution No. 8695 is amended to
revise the ordinance to be submitted to the electors of the City
of Carlsbad at the municipal election to be held on November 4,

hrough 8 as 4 through 7.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
he City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th day of
Aunu s t , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
