RESOLUTION NO. 8737
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, 3ohn Mamaux has resigned as a member of the Carlsbad Unified
School District Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, 3ohn Mamaux was serving on the Board for the Foundation for
Carlsbad Community Cable Television as a representative fran the school
district ;
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable
Television for a term expiring ganuary, 1988:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of A~~~~~ 9
