RESOLUTION NO. 8752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES
NECESSARY TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS OF THE "1962 SEWER
BONDS, SERIES A, 5, AND C," AND "1966 LIBRARY BONE" FOR
FISCAL YEAR 7986-87.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad anrually fixes as the
amount of revenue required from property taxes to fund the City debt service
funds; and
WHEREAS, the anmal revenue requirements within each bond fund are depende
upon the beginning balance of each fund and the Debt Service payment schedule
for each bond issue; and
WHEREAS, revenue of approximately $93,995 will be necessary to fund the
Sewer Bond requirements for the 1986-87 fiscal year;
WHEREAS, revenue of approximately $23,390 will be necessary to fund the
Library Bond requirements for the 1986-87 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
Section.1: The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section
51508 of the Goverment Code of the State of California, does hereby fix the
amount of reverue fran property taxes necessary to pay the bonded indebtedness
of the City of Carlsbad, 1962 Sewer Bonds, Series A, B, and C for the fiscal
year commencing July 1, 1986, and ending 3une 30, 1987, to be in the amount of
$93,995.
Section. 2: The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section
51508 of the Goverrment Code of the State of California, does hereby fix the
amount of revenue fran property taxes necessary to pay the bonded indebtedness
of the Yity of Carlsbad, 1966 Library Bonds" for the fiscal year commencing
3uly 1, 1986, and endirq 3une 30, 1987, to be in the amount of $23,390.

Section 3: That the total amount of reverue fran property taxes necessary I
for all purposes pusuant to Section 51508 of the Goverrment Code of the State
California, ad of Sections 1 and 2 above is $1 17,385.
Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution
and cause the same to be published, as required by Section 36936.1 of the
Government code, once within fifteen (15) days of its passage in a newspaper o
general circulation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of t
19th day of August , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Chick
