RESOLUTION NO. 8767
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE
OF TWO TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT-MOTORCYCLES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows :
1. That the bid of Kawasaki of Oceanside, 1425 South Hill, Oceanside, CA
92054, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to
execute a Purchase Order for the purchase of motorcycles in the amount of
$1 3,045.40, including tax.
2. That unencumbered funds in the amount of $46,600 are available in
Account No. 001-820-2160-3900 for this purchase.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of tl
