RESOLUTION NO. 8791
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE
ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF A GAS ENGINE ANALYZER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Allen Test Products; 5640 Uearny Mesa Road, Suite A;
San Diego, CA 92111 for a gas engine analyzer as shown in Exhibit A, is hereb
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Orde
in the amount of $9,895.50, plus tax, for a total of $10,489.23.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 16th day of September , 1986, by the following
vote, to wit:
