RESOLUTION NO. 8798
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF
THE LOCAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT PLANS IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 9808 (GROWTH MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE).
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1986, the City Council adopted
rrdinance No. 9808 which established a Growth Management Program
ior the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan
ias been completed as the first phase in the implementation of the
;rowth Management Program: and
WHEREAS, the second phase of the Growth Management
?rogram will be the preparation and submittal of the Local
Facility Management Plans for each of the 25 zones; and
WHEREAS, Section 21.90.150 of Ordinance No. 9808 allows
Eor the adoption of certain guidelines to assist in the
implementation of the Growth Management Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
“ty of Carlsbad, California, that the Guidelines for the
?reparation of the Local Facility Management Plans which are
incorporated in the Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan are
hereby adopted and shall be used in the implementation of
3rdinance No. 9808 - The Carlsbad Growth Management Ordinance.
