HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-09-23; City Council; Resolution 88031 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 39 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 8803 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY VACATING AN EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF CHRISTIANSEN WAY. WHEREAS, the Assistant City Engineer of the City of Carlsbad has determined that the portion of Christiansen Way described on attached Exhibit 'A' and shown on attached Exhibit 'B' is no longer needed for public road purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That an easement for all utility purposes is excepted from this vacation. 3. That, pursuant to Section 8330a of Chapter 1050 of the California Street and Highway's Code, said easement references above, be summarily vacated. 4. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City September, 1986 by the following vote, to The City Clerk is instructed to record this Resolution of Vacation.
