RESOLUTION NO. 8883
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING FOREST STREET TO WINTERGREEN DRIVE
PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 20.
CASE NO: SNC-26
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
by adoption of Resolution No. 2569, recommended changing Forest
Street, as provided by City Council Policy No. 20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the subject street
name change was held by the City Council on September 23, 1986; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1) That the City Council approves SNC-26 per Exhibit "A"
attached to this resolution; and
2) That the findings of the Planning Commission contained
in Resolution No. 2569 constitute the findings of the
City Council in this matter; and
3) The City Clerk shall notify all affected public
agencies of the change; and
4) All affected street signs will be changed immediately
upon the effective date of the City Council
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 23rd day of September, 1986, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
