RESOLUTION NO. 8822
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHCRIZING THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR CONVERSION AND
REVIEW OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE -
WHEREAS, the last legal analysis and recodification of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code occurred in 1971; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have a code review ad corwersion of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, fwds in the amount of $15,000 are required for a code review and
code conversion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the transfer of $15,000 fran the General Fund contingency account
to the City Clerk's operating budget account number 001-840-1030-2479 is hereby
approved .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of October Y
1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
