RESOLUTION NO. 8824
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE NORTH COAST AQUATICS,
OF THE COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX TO CONDUCT A
COMPETITIVE SWIM PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
INC., FOR USE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and
the North Coast Aquatics., Inc., to conduct a competitive swim
program at the Carlsbad Community Swim Complex, a copy of which
is on file in the City Clerk's office, is hereby approved.
2. That the mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th dai
of October I 1986, by the following vote, to wit:

Council Members Casler, Lewis, Chick and Pettine
ABSENT : Council Member Kulchin
