A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A QUITCLAIM
RETURNING ACCESS RIGHTS TO PIRAGUA STREET AND
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED RELINQUISHING ACCESS
RIGHTS TO VENADO STREET FOR LOT 436 OF CARLSBAD
TRACT 72-20, UNIT 3.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby grants access rights
Lot 436 of Tract 72-20, Unit 3, Map 7950 to Piragua Street and authorizes

the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed to that effect.
2. That access rights to said lot are denied along Venado Street and
authorizes the recordation of grant deed to that effect.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Deed and
Quitclaim to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance
attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the - 4th day of November , 1986 by the following vote, to
wit:
