RESOLUTION NO. ,3865
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD,
A LAWSUIT ENTITLED DRAKE V. HARGAS, et al. CASE
NO. N23423.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SETTLEMENT OF
California
resolves as follows :
1. The expenditure of $85,000 from account number 610
1910-2972 for the settlement of the lawsuit entitled Drake v.
Hargas, Case No. N23423 in which the City of Carlsbad is named
a codefendent is approved and rat if ied.
2. The City Attorney is authorized to execute all
documents to effect the settlement and dismissal of this
lawsuit.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of tl.
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day of November
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
