RESOLUTION NO. 8877
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING STAFF TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE CITY
OF VISTA FOR THE JOINT PLANNING FOR SEWER FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the City of Vista will mutually benefit
?om coordinated planning, construction and operation of joint sewer facilities
:o serve the Raceway, Agua Hedionda and Encina Creek sewer basins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad as follows :
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Manager is hereby directed to work with the City of Vista
For the joint planning of sewer facilities to serve the Raceway, Agua Hedionda
and Encina Creek sewer basins.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 18th day of
November , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT : Council Member Casler
