A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNI , REQUESTING SPECIFIC PROJECTS
FOR FUNDING UNDER THE 13TH YEAR COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
In December 9, 1986, considered the City's Thirteenth Year Block
;rant Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into
xcount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the program funding out-
Line in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as
though fully set forth is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
directed to forward the program outlined herein to the County of
3an Diego for inclusion in the Thirteenth Year Urban County Block

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
3f Carlsbad on the 22ndday of December, 1986, by the following
vote, to wit:
