RESOLUTION NO. 8921
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE CARLSBAD
SANTA FE DEPOT AS A HISTORIC SITE.
APPLICANT : HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION CASE NO.: H-1 - CARLSBAD SANTA FE DEPOT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californii
has determined that the Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot meets the
requirements for Historic Site Designation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, did on the
2ndday of December, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing to
consider said designation on property described as:
Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot - Portion of Parcels
11 and 12 SBE Map 804-37-8H, APN 203-296-02,
Structure Only.
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be
heard, said Council considered all factors relating to H-1,
Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council,
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1) That foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2) That based on evidence presented at the public hearing,
the City Council APPROVES H-1, designation of
Carlsbad Santa Fe Depot as a Historic Site.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
22nd day of December, 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
