WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California has determined that the Magee House meets the
requirements for Historic Site Designation; and
I
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California did, on the
22nd day of December, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing
to consider said designation on property described as:

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING THE MAGEE HOUSE
AS A HISTORIC SITE.
heard, said Council considered all factors relating to H-3,
Magee House.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2) That based on evidence presented at the public hearing, the City Council APPROVES H-3 , designation of Magee House as a Historic Site.
