RESOLUTION NO. 8924
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAy DESIGNATING THE CULVER-MYERS-CAPP HOUSE AS A HISTORIC SITE.
APPLICANT : HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSIl N
CASE NO.: H-4 CULVER-MYERS-CAPP HOUSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, has determined that the Culver-Myers-Capp House meets
the requirements for Historic Site Designation; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, did on the
22nd day of December, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing to
consider said designation on property described as:
Culver-Myers-Capp House - Lot 23 of Patterson
Addition of City of Carlsbad, Map 565 APN
156-212-12, Structure Only.
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be
hear, said Council considered all factors relating to H-4,
Culver-Myers-Capp House.
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2) That based on evidence presented at the public hearing, the City Council APPROVES H-4, designation of
the Culver-Myers-Capp House as a Historic Site.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
22nd day of December, 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
