KESOLUTION NO. 8930
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
QUITCLAIM FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Enterprises, Inc. has submitted a
request for quitclaim of a drainage easement over a portion of
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 13900, Xana Way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to quitclaim said
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying a drainage easement
over a portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 13900, Xana Way at
Alga Road, to Carlsbad Enterprises, Inc., which is on file with
the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference; is
approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of January 9
1987 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine and Mamaux
