RESOLUTION NO. 8934
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs,
that the position of the Captain-Specialist be changed to Battalion Chief
in the Fire Department Current Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to change
the position of Captain-Specialist to Battalion Chief in the City's
currently adopted budget.
3. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to increase
the fire prevention division salaries and benefits budget by appropriate
amount for the remainder of fiscal year 86/87.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California held on the 6th day of
January , 1987 by the following vote, to wit:
