RESOLUTION NO. 9004
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A PURCHASE ORDER FOR TWO TRIPLEX REEL
MOWERS
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of
:arlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the bid of B. Hayman Co., Inc., 9525 Sorenson
\venue, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, is hereby accepted and
the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a
Purchase Order for two triplex reel mowers in the amount
3f $19,338.64.
Passed, Approved and Adopted by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held
3n the 7th Day of April , 1987, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT : Conacil Member Kulchin
