RESOLUTION NO. 9026
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A SEWER
EASEMENT FROM BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, INC. FOR
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF SEWER CROSSING
FARADAY AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City requires a sewer easement crossing
Faraday Avenue from Beckman Instruments, Inc. to ensure
adequate repair and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, Beckman Instruments, Inc. through the attached
deed has granted to the City of Carlsbad to subject sewer
e aseme nt i nt er es t ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby accept the attached sewer easement which is incorporated
by reference and made a part hereof from Beckman Instruments,
Inc. for the repair and maintenance of sewer facilities
crossing Faraday Avenue.

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
directed to record said easement documents.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 21st day of April 9
1987 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
