RESOLUTION NO. 9035
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FILLING AN
EXISTING VACANCY ON THE CITY OF CARLSBAD'S
BEACH EROSION COMMITTEE THROUGH JUNE, 1990
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed seven (7) members
to the City's Beach Erosion Committee; and
WHEREAS, there presently exists one (1) vacancy on the
City's Beach Erosion Committee; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad to appoint a member of the community to the
existing vacancy on the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby appoint Ralph D. Copley, Jr. to an existing vacancy on
the City's Beach Erosion Committee.

3. That Mr. Copley's appointment shall extend through
June, 1990 to coincide with the terms of appointment of
existing Beach Erosion Committee members.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 28th day of April 7
1987 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux, and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
