RESOLUTION NO. 9056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Research Center, a California General
Partnership, has submitted grant deeds conveying easements to the
City of Carlsbad for public utilities, storm drains and general
access purposes over a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 212-
020-34; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said deeds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from Carlsbad Research Center, a
California General Partnership, dated February 5, 1987, conveying
easements for public utilities, storm drains and general access
purposes over a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 212-020-34 to
the City of Carlsbad which are on file with the City Clerk and
are incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular mee-ing 0 the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 12th day of May I
