RESOLUTION NO. 9062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PUR-
CHASE ORDER FOR RELOCATING FOUR MODULARS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Green and Sons, 7926
City of
emon Grove
Way, Lemon Grove, CA 92045, is hereby accepted and the
Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase
Order for the moving and setting up of four (4) modulars
in the amount of $16,573.00 including tax.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting
held on the 12th Day of May ,1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
