RESOLUTION NO. 9073
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO PROCESS A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Cedric E. Sanders has submitted a Grant Deed convey-
ing an easement for public street purposes to the City of Carlsbad
iver a portion of Edgeware Way; and
WHEREAS, said easements must be "free and clean of all liens
and encumbrances" and a subordination agreement is required; and
WHEREAS, said subordination agreement, attached hereto and
incorporated herein, has been properly executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
,f Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original
Subordination Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the County
qecorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Zarlsbad City Council held on the 19th day of May , 1987
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
