RESOLUTION NO. 9075
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PUR-
CHASE ORDER FOR TABLES AND CHAIRS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Fischer Discount Office Furniture,
9280 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego, CA 92123, for Items
1,2,3,4, and 5, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer
is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount
of $14,071.14.
2. That the bid of Sico, Inc., 7525 Cahill Road,
Minneapolis, MN 55440, for Item 6, is hereby accepted and
the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a
Purchase Order in the amount of $3,231.09.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting
held on the 19th Day of May , 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
